Juggling Flaming Poodles
Short of juggling flaming poodles and shooting midgets out of cannons each week does anyone have some practical tips to creating a constant flow of junior high students? Some weeks will be great other weeks we will drop by like 50%....it's awesome (add plenty of sarcasm). This is my first place to minister and I'm still trying to get a hold of things and figure stuff out.

We are having a similar issue with our jr. high crowd. Last night we had 23, usually we have 10....hmm whats the deal. We did notice that last night we had a "night out" and did a scavenger hunt and advertised for it like crazy....sometimes jr. highers just need time to be....jr. highers... :o)
